A climate that fosters good health: Tenerife eases many ailments

Mikroklimazone Tenerife Süd

Tenerife is the largest island in the Canaries and because of Mount Teide in the centre it has a distinctive climate. Teide is 3700 metres high and divides the island into 2 climatic zones. The North has more rain and is therefore greener and cooler in the winter. The South has more sunshine and less rain and cloud. This is why so many tourists come to Tenerife in winter; the warmth is beneficial for physical problems like rheumatism and arthritis and the clean air helps with breathing problems.

Mild all year round: Tenerife fosters a feeling of well-being.

Finca Constanza, situated in the southwest of the island, enjoys a micro climate which provides weather conducive for healing - low humidity and warmth. The pure sea air and the many plants on the Finca filter out harmful substances which helps people to recharge their batteries. It is the perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life - even on a short break.
