All prices are for 2 people per day.
The seminar/leisure room can be rented for 160 Euros per day. If seminar bookings are made in conjunction with accommodation the seminar room area is free (it comprises seminar room, barbeque area (160 square m), wc and shower.
The holiday homes are rented for periods of a week upwards. The prices quoted
are for 2 people per residence per day (except guest rooms).
For each additional person (adults and children over 12) the charge is 20 Euros
per person per day.
Children's price: for babies (with or without provision of cot and highchair) and
children up to 12 years, the price is 10 Euros per person per day.
Included in the price is the cleaning of the apartment including cleaning materials
and the provision and washing of bed linen, hand and bath towels and tea towels.
All apartments (except guest rooms) have a radio, cassette player and a tv with satellite access.
Booking Procedure
When you contact us we will tell you if the accommodation you want is available. You will be given a free temporary nonbinding reservation for a period while you search for flights. If you give backword or do not subsequently contact us there is no penalty and your reservation is cancelled. If you confirm the reservation we will send you a confirmation giving you all the necessary details. This is considered to be a contract and our cancellation conditions then apply and we recommmend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation Agreement
Cancellation applies after booking confirmation (ie the relevant date is when the booking is confirmed.) Cancellation must be in writing, by fax or by e-mail (if we confirm that we have received it.)
The terms of the cancellation agreement between owners and renters are set out below:
cancellation up to 90 days before beginning of holiday - 10% of rental price,
cancellation up to 90 to 60 days before beginning of holiday - 25% of rental price,
cancellation up to 60 to 30 days before beginning of holiday - 50% of rental price,
cancellation up to 30 to 1 day before beginning of holiday - 80% of rental price,
cancellation on day of travel - the whole rental price.
The renter has the right to name substitutes.
